Our sprayer is a horizontal triplex pump (3 pistons) with a crank shaft working in oil bath
The cast iron portion of the pump is an assembly of 3 chambers with Suction Chamber at the bottom, Valve Chamber at the center and delivery chamber at the top
The pressure vessel is mounted on the delivery chamber to stabilize the pressure
The pistons and valves (suction and delivery) are made from stainless steel.

1. Pressure relief by hand.
2. Grease-Free-Triplex Pump with Ceramic Pistons & Special hydraulic seal. No need to add Grease.
3. All moving parts such as Connecting rods, Crankshaft, Crank bearings etc. are lubricated by oil bath.
4. Needs 3 HP Engine or Electric Motor.
5. Suction Hose fitted with Strainer, with provided bypass Hose.
6. Twin Delivery Spouts fitted with Discharge Cocks.
7. Can be supplied with Delivery Hose & Spray Gun.
8. Convenient to attach two discharge lines with two Spray Guns simultaneously.
