We manufacture descaling systems that can be designed for billet, slab, plate, bloom, forging, seamless pipe, profiles for primary descaling and secondary descaling. We manufacture two types of descaling systems:

Direct Descaling

• Operating with high pressure triplex plunger pumps, solenoid valves & descaling header etc.
• Operating Pressure Range: 100 Bar to 350 Bar.

• Operating with high pressure triplex plunger pumps, high pressure accumulator, solenoid valves, descaling header etc.
• Operating pressure Range: 100 Bar to 250 Bar.

Product Details:

We manufacture lubricating system pumping skids consisting of pumps driven through electric motors and mounted on base frames complete with filters, valves and safety valves for operation of complete system as a unit. These lube oil systems can be directly used by customer in their complete system. These are compact units and consist of pumps, motors and other items of varying sizes and specifications.
